Our Material Warehouse is onsite and sits directly next to the cutting area under the same roof. So materials can be sourced and cut within only a few feet from each other by the same team. This enables multiple varieties of components to be compared and organized while also ensuring quality and efficiency when gathering quantities and replicating production buildouts for multiple projects simultaneously.

According to the production schedule, the Preparation Team is set up and ready to go days in advance of any production schedule to ensure success and on-time completion.

Print & Embroidery is also set up days in advance based on need and fit in the production line.

Quick, accurate set-up and fully computerized automatic cutting intelligence machines allow operators to start cutting faster and with greater efficiency. Better productivity and workflow increase our output of cut parts and shorten lead times for production.

In accordance with the needs of production, the proper sewing machines required for each project will be put into the production line. We adjust the production line layout as needed to complete the project the most efficiently. Once built out, we then allocate the materials in their proper sequencing and begin constructing your product.
