Our culture within Zoomland is that of team unity, inclusion, and transparency within our organization. Since our goal is to be a part of your team and business strategy partner, we must be able to function cohesively in order to become the extension of your company. The only way we can focus on you, and your business, is to first ensure we are dialed as an organization internally.
We work in a lean business strategy where we believe in leadership from the bottom to the top and the top to the bottom. The only we can do that is by empowering our employees to be accountable for themselves while also holding one another accountable at all times.
How do we do that?
Clear, transparent communication throughout every step of our supply chain and production. When help is needed it is given. When success is achieved it gets recognized. When mistakes are made, we always own and fix them. By uniting to ensure we all understand, learn and grow together, our mistakes are never passed on to you and never repeated. And so after 20+ years growth adherence to this vision, we are very proud of where we are today.
However, it’s more than just words on a website. An organization as large as ours, with the equipment, multiple product lines, square footage and size of our campus, communication is always being managed. Circling up to check in with everyone takes time and energy. Uniting and motivating a team so they have everything they need to be successful and feel validated and appreciated is a goal that may never be fully realized. But we strive for it daily.
